Isn’t it ironic that the Nashville Rock & Roll Half Marathon training schedule syncs up so well with New Year’s resolutions? Our entire training program lasts for 13 weeks and officially starts in February. However, you may begin training at any point in the process.
This year our team will have the incredible benefit of training with Fleet Feet FREE of charge! Incentives include:
Pacers, planned routes, water stops, and race course previews

Each Saturday they will be coordinating fun and scenic group runs from either the Brentwood or Green Hills store, with a few on the race course itself. We would be thrilled for you to join us! Specifically, we will have some “key runs” that will be followed by breakfast to encourage each other. We will also help coordinate mid-week group runs if you are interested.
